Your Peptide BrandSupport

Help with your storefront, when you need it.

Clear guides for your storefront’s email, DNS and hosting — written so you can pick how much detail you want — and a plain explanation of how YPB support works.

Guides

Every guide has five levels of explanation, from Grade school to Developer. Your choice is remembered.

EMAIL

Storefront email

Send order and account emails from your brand. Use your own sending account — we recommend it — or ask for YPB’s optional courtesy setup.

DNS

DNS

Point your domain at your storefront without breaking your email, and understand the records for each environment.

HOST

Hosting & HTTPS

Where your store runs, what DEV, UAT and PRD are for, and how the secure www address works.

HELP

Service & support

What membership currently includes, the optional email courtesy, and how quickly support responds.

Getting in touch

Contact YPB support through the channel you use today. A signed-in YPB support area is being built and will be announced when it’s ready.

Our support commitment
We acknowledge eligible support requests within 24 hours of receiving them and give you an estimated resolution time. That’s a response commitment, not a promise that every issue is fixed within 24 hours, and YPB doesn’t offer a separate uptime guarantee. How support works →
Use a branded business address
Storefront sender and reply addresses, and anyone asking YPB for member support, must use an address on your own business domain, such as support@brand.example. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on your own domain is fine. Free personal addresses (for example @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com) can’t be used for these. Your shoppers can use any address they like. How to get a branded address →
